SAPPORO / NIKUAZABU
SAPPORO NIKUAZABU
Our first Hokkaido location. The same open kitchen as our flagship, reimagined with Hokkaido's remarkable produce.
ABOUT
About this restaurant
Born in Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo — reborn in Sapporo. Our team fell in love with the extraordinary ingredients of Hokkaido and built a new chapter around them, while keeping the counter-style open kitchen that has defined NIKUAZABU from the start.
